Girls with Wings is dedicated to introduce girls to flight at a young age. Their goal is  that, some day, the ratio of women to men in the aviation industry will be more equitable and the need to focus on girls specifically will cease to exist. They promote aviation for girls through public awareness projects, introduction of young girls to role models in aviation-related careers and hobbies, and scolarships.
